| The Abbey dominates the southern shores of the Loch and is set in twenty acres of secluded grounds, embraced by the Scottish Highlands. You can admire the majestic tree lined avenue on your approach to the Abbey. The grade A listed building including the monastery, Old School, Moat House, Church, Brothers and Raven wings were converted into luxury apartments in 2005. The classic architecture has been maintained with features like ornate turrets and towers, extensive cloisters, stained glass windows, striking tiled floors and dramatic staircases. There is something of interest at every turn. |
| The Boys' Dormitory is a very spacious one-bedroom apartment on the vaulted top floor of the old monastery, with large arched stone mullioned windows affording unrivalled views. The bright and airy apartment is elegantly decorated with a fusion of contemporary and antique furnishings. Victorian pictures, floorboards and lighting adorn the interior and the attention to detail is apparent. |
| The large, luxurious open plan kitchen and living room includes a Duresta sofa and armchairs to provide the ideal place for relaxation, and to enjoy the spectacular views straight up the Loch. A flat screen television, DVD player, iPod dock and library of books and DVDs, music and board games are provided for your entertainment. The pristine bathroom has a full sized roll top bath, separate power shower, fluffy towels, dressing gowns and complimentary Arran Aromatics toiletries for added luxury. |
| The opulent master bedroom at the Boys' Dormitory has a king-size antique brass and iron bed, Victorian Oak pew, sumptuous bed linen, with a choice of feather or fibre pillows for optimum comfort.
